I’ve been working with luxury and boutique hotels for more than 15 years, including eight years curating and managing the collection for Mr & Mrs Smith. I’ve worked in account management, marketing, distribution and sales, so I know how to build a solid and profitable relationship (and whatever I do, I put my heart into and take care of business with an OCD-level attention to detail).
I’m originally from Indonesia and speak French, English and Spanish… but I’ve called London home for the past 20 years.
I’ve spent more than a decade working with luxury hotels in London, China, Canada and the US (including recruitment, training and creating operational standards for new properties, and serving as a rooms operations specialist). I spent two years taking care of European hotels for Mr & Mrs Smith as hotel support manager.
I’m French, and also speak Italian and English. I’ve been chased by a cow in India and a bear in America, and have lost my luggage on almost every continent.
I’m a PR and marketing consultant that has always worked in travel. I’ve been lucky enough to represent some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, including The Peninsula Hotels plus a host of independent luxury resort brands and boutique hotel collections. With roles as communications director at luxury travel PR Mason Rose and head of marketing at Mr & Mrs Smith, I have a wonderful network of senior writers in the UK, including print, digital and social media. I speak English, Italian, French and a bit of German, and my guilty pleasure is driving a Mercedes Sprinter van.
