I’ve been working with luxury and boutique hotels for more than 15 years, including eight years curating and managing the collection for Mr & Mrs Smith. I’ve worked in account management, marketing, distribution and sales, so I know how to build a solid and profitable relationship (and whatever I do, I put my heart into and take care of business with an OCD-level attention to detail).
I’m originally from Indonesia and speak French, English and Spanish… but I’ve called London home for the past 17 years.
I’ve spent more than a decade working with luxury hotels in London, China, Canada and the US (including recruitment, training and creating operational standards for new properties, and serving as a rooms operations specialist). I spent two years taking care of European hotels for Mr & Mrs Smith as hotel support manager.
I’m French, and also speak Italian and English. I’ve been chased by a cow in India and a bear in America, and have lost my luggage on almost every continent.
Maud on Peggy
Peggy is the perfect person to advise hotels: she’s brilliant at figuring out how you can do something better, and puts all her energy into helping you achieve your potential. She knows about every single “healthy living” trend on earth… but also cooks any form of dumplings to absolute perfection. The only thing wrong about Peggy is that she likes her fan on full blast in the middle of winter.
Peggy on Maud
Maud is one of the most reliable and dedicated people I know. Her limitless energy and unflappable ability to de-dramatise any situation mean she’s able to fix any problem a hotelier can throw at her. She loves dogs unconditionally, always wants the heater on, and makes the best green-tea financiers and pink praline brioches on the planet.
