Peggy Picano-Nacci
I’m French, originally from Indonesia and Laos; I speak English and Spanish… but London is home and has been, for almost 25 years.
I’ve been working with luxury and boutique hotels for over 20 years, including eight years curating/managing the collection for Mr & Mrs Smith and launching the Mr & Mrs Smith booking system (SAMS). I’ve worked in account management, marketing, online distribution, luxury hotel sales and know how to build solid and profitable relationships. Whatever I do, I put my heart into and take care of business with an OCD-level attention to detail.
Since launching Boutiquologie in 2015, I reconnected with old travel friends and made new ones that have been supporting me ever since; I have honed my technical and operational skills to fully cater for the ever-changing, yet specific needs of independent properties, but also those of distinctive luxury travel companies, when it comes to their knowledge management, overall processes and tools. I also have a network of curated industry experts that I can call-on, on a project-basis.
