Peggy Picano-Nacci
I’m French, born in Indonesia with Lao and Vietnamese roots, but London has been home for over 25 years.
I have worked in luxury hospitality and travel for over 20 years, including with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, followed by almost ten years at Mr & Mrs Smith, where my roles covered hotel curation and account management as well as the development and launch of the original Smith hotel booking system.
I founded Boutiquologie in 2015, bringing together that experience across independent luxury boutique hotels, luxury travel, sales, distribution and technology.
I am naturally curious, solutions-driven and have an OCD-level attention to detail. I like understanding how things work, questioning them when they don't, and looking beyond the obvious answer.
Boutiquologie also reflects the way I like to work: closely with independent luxury boutique hotels and founders, understanding each business properly and becoming genuinely involved.
Relationships have always been a very important part of my work. Many go back years, across hotels, travel agencies, private travel companies and the wider luxury travel industry, and I continue to build new ones as the market evolves.
I still work personally with every Boutiquologie client, supported when needed by specialists I know and trust.
