PMS IMPLEMENTATION OR OPTIMISATION
Having implemented the Mews PMS for several boutique hotels (particularly in Italy), I know that system very well but can also help with the PMS of your choice, but also any booking engine, channel management tools or POS you might need assistance with. Tasks include:

  • assessment of your current technological tools, requirements and imperatives

  • researching the right PMS/BE/POS for your hotel or assessing your current use of your existing tools

  • contractual discussion with chosen software suppliers

  • implementing or overseeing of implementation steps, providing additional support and training to your team

From £2,000,  excl. VAT per month, ideally over a 3-month’s period

 

HOTEL UK SALES HEALTH CHECK
If you want to review and improve your UK sales strategy I can provide a once-a-year package including:

  • assessment of current sales channels

  • target market analysis

  • understanding key challenges

  • travel partners profiling: know who to target

  • developing a plan to maximise sales opportunities

From £5,000 total,  excl. VAT, and onsite visit, 3-month plan
